Madonna and A-Rod Have a Sex Tape?!
A cameraman claims that he has a sex tape of Madonna and A-Rod. He says that he taped them with a hidden camera in an apt. they used for their liaisons. He heard that the pair were meeting in the apt and installed a hidden camera aimed at the couch. But if he’s telling the truth he just admitted to committing a crime. A legal expert said, “If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy. But more than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary. He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years.” The validity of his claims have not been confirmed. Source
