Shia Labouf got in a car accident early Sunday (July 27th, 2008) morning.  His F-150 truck flipped over after making an illegal turn and getting side swiped by another car.  He wasn’t seriously injured but he did hurt his hand bad enough to need surgery.  A source told UsWeekly that while parting at the Troubadour (before the accident) “He was dancing around and acting really crazy. He stayed until the band was done and then stumbled out of the club by himself.SourceHowever he had a female passenger in the car with him at the time of the crash who was later identified as Australian actress Isabel Lucas. Isabel is girlfriend of Entourage actor Adrian Grenier and The NY Daily News says that he is none too happy about his girlfriend hangin out with Shia at 3am. SourceIsabel and Shia are in Transformers 2 together so they could have been doing some late night drunken line reading. OOORRR they coulda been slappin nasty parts. Who knows?

Update: The crash isn’t Shia’s fault.  Even though the DUI charge Shia received at the scene remains, the po-po have found that the other driver was at fault because he ran a red light. “He (Shia) was not at fault,” sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said. Source

They might as well dismiss the charge while they’re at it.  Its not like he’ll ever serve any time, do any community service, or pay any fines.  That’s not how it goes in Hollyweird.
