Bow Wow Quitting Music in ‘09
Bow Wow vows to retire from the music business after he releases his next two albums for two reasins. One is that he wants to focus on his acting career. The other is that he doesn’t think he’ll have any more material for another release. He tells MTV.com, “After the eighth album, I’m done. I already feel it. I love acting. I love my music like I said, but I feel it. After this one (The Pedigree), (I’ve) probably (got) one more (album) in me and that’s eight. Like, I’m one (album) behind Nas, and that’s crazy.” Source
Comparing ourself to Nas are we? As unmoved as I’ve been with Nas’s more recent work I’m gonna have to serve up Bow Wow with a big dose of “BOY SIT DOWN!” His particular brand of cockiness gives me a tummy ache.
