Activision Blizzard, the “Guitar Hero” publisher, is now working to release on a new game called “DJ Hero”.  No word yet on when the game will come out because licensing songs for it has become a nightmare.  In addition to “DJ Hero,” Activision Blizzard has trademarked the games “Guitar Villain” and “Drum Villain.” It was later confirmed that the “Drum Villain” but neither have been fully developed. SourceCan they do something that incorporates the triangle or cymbals…or better yet cowbell? Those are the only instruments I’m versed in.

VH1 has announced some of the new shows that will be launching which include shows starring Eddie Griffin, “I Love
New York” reality contests Real and Chance, and specials on Raphael Saadiq and the fifth annual “Hip-Hop Honors.”
Real and Chance’s show will be called “Real Chance of Love” where 15 women will move into their Stallionaire ranch for a chance to win their hearts. Source

Serena Williams is on the road to greatness and she is currently penning her memoirs.

Nikki Blonsky (Hairspray) who recently made headlines when she and her dad fought with
America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden her mom in an airport is upset about the media frenzy that was caused. “You never expect things like this in your life, but you take life one day at a time, and you deal with situations.  The fact that [my friends and family] were there for me, and stood up for me, and the fact that they told the truth, that’s what meant a lot. Rapper T.I. tries to clear the air on the whole child support ish:

“A lot of deceiving information has been reported regarding my recent child support proceeding. It is unfortunate that the media has been used to manipulate the circumstances and distort the facts. Those that know me, all know that there is nothing more important to me than my children. I have always supported all of my children financially, emotionally, and spiritually. This has always been the case and I will continue to do so in the future as this is my responsibility as a parent.

To clarify the recent reports, in addition to the $2000 per month I pay in cash to Lashon Dixon, the mother of my sons Domani and Messiah, I also pay for their private schooling, medical insurance, clothing, food, gifts, birthdays and extracurricular activities. Their extra-curricular activities have included football, basketball, baseball, acting lessons, summer camp, and any other activities that they express a desire to be involved in that will contribute to them leading balanced lives and developing into well rounded individuals. I have also made an attempt to help Lashon with additional payments that have included a down payment to purchase her home, purchase of an automobile for her transportation and other financial obligations. These expenses are documented and are far in excess of the $2000 cash payment that is being paid direct to Lashon. She has chosen not to work and to live 100% from her child support receipts. This is the reason for her difficulties in making ends meet for herself. Source

There has been much speculation as to whether or not Eva Longoria is pregnant due to her recent weight gain.  Well Eva has said repeatedly that although she is trying to get pregnant with her husband, basketball player Tony Parker, that her weight gain is for her role in her TV series “Desperate Housewives”.  Well her costar, Felicity Huffman is speaking out and she says, “She’s just fat, that’s all there is to it!”  Source

HA! I hope they’re friends like that cus if they’re not that statement is effed up…albeit hilarious.

Lil Wayne has inked a major deal with the Cash Money click.

“We were introduced to him when he was just a little, little kid,” recalls Slim of when he met Weezy. “He told us he wanted to be a rapper. He just called us every day, and at one point, even came to live with us. He just outworked everybody. He had that drive to succeed.”"Working with our son, Lil Wayne, throughout the many years has helped us build Cash Money into the empire it is today. Cash Money is a family and Lil Wayne has been part of our family since day one,” added Birdman.
“Tha Carter III is just the tip of the iceberg with Lil Wayne,” continues Slim. “The best is yet to come.”

“Tha Carter IV is nice,”
Wayne told MTV this week, “but you need to be looking for Dedication 3. Me and DJ Drama are going back at it. Gangsta Grillz. I’m showcasing my whole clique — the Young Money family. And three months after that, I got 30 more [songs], and we’re gonna give them away for free — as I always do — on my Web site.” Source

Pat O’Brien of “The Insider” recently sent some insults the way of his co-host Lara Spencer.  Pat sent of an e-mail saying:

“Hi, folks, I just spent a couple of days in Iowa - I’m a little bit of a favorite son there - and I spoke with maybe a thousand people and was very hands-on. Even Joe Biden said, ‘You should be running (for president)!’ But what I came away with was, these people can’t afford gas, books, food or schools or movies! I was approached a hundred times by people asking, ‘Can you help us?’ I tried to tell them we care, but they didn’t buy it. They wanted to, but watching Anya and Lara [Spencer] pick out accessories makes the viewers want to vomit. I’ll get killed for this, but I’m actually the one not afraid for my job. I want people to be happy.” 

Supposedly Pat is jealous of Lara because after his rehab stint she’s pretty much taken over his job. Source 

If that nasty answering machine message didn’t kill his career this probably won’t.  But it sure will make things awkward around the office, no?  Too bad, so sad.
