Manifesto Part 2

Chris Brown has added designer to his list of talents.  He has teamed up with New Era to design a line of hats.  He says, “Hats have been my trademark since I started in the business about four years ago. Young kids love hats, I love them. Everyone does. So that’s what attracted me to designing them.” Chris must be really passionate about this project because it was he who tracked down New Era to discuss a collabo. SVP of marketing at New Era Gerry Mateos says, “When Chris approached us with his affinity for our product and the idea of creating his own line of caps, we saw this as an opportunity to work hand- in-hand with one of the most renowned entertainers in the business.”The hats will have 80s inspired prints and symbols and retail for $35-$40. That’s actually not bad for a cap these days.  Maybe I’ll cop one when they come out.  Lord knows I loves me some hats…especially for bad hair days…which for me is pretty much everyday.

Paternity suit time! It must be that time of year.  Anyway, a 19-year-old woman, Michelle Gasper, called into a Tappahannock , VA radio station alleging that Chris Brow is the father of her 4 year old son.  She also says that she’ been quietly paid off by Chris and for her silence since this whole ordeal began.  She’s only opening up now because her son, 4-year-old Deshante is asking about his father. First of all this sounds a little shady but that doesn’t mean it isn’t true.  And if it is all true then I feel the need to explain to Michelle that silence money is for you to keep your damn silence.  I hope she realizes her checks have officially stopped coming in.

Word is that Rihanna’s main squeeze, Chris Brown, doesn’t want her to wear the sexy outfits that show off all her assets cus her male fans are constantly tryin’ to holla.  A source said, “Chris adores her, but he gets a little jealous when she is strutting her stuff. Her stage costumes are racy, and when she is not performing, she likes to dress to impress.” They add, “She is sexy and likes to dress sexy”. I suppose that means that she’s not going to change her ways. Source

Nice try buddy but I don’t think it’s going to work.  She’s got a boyd-ody-ody so why not show it off? Besides, if you’re worried about her jumpin’ off with a random groupie than you’ve got more to worry about than her racy outfits.
