Hulk Hogan is off the hook…for one thing at least. A judge has ruled that he no longer has to give his soon to be ex wife Linda $4.2 million for an apartment in Vegase. The couple was in the process of buying the Vegas apartment when Linda filed for divorce.
Hogan’s attorney, David Houston tells E! News, “We are thrilled that the judge did not require us to continue to engage in the folly of purchasing a $4.2 million condo at a time when we should be considering other matters.” In addition the Hulkster was given the rights ti live in a beach house that Linda had been living in by herself.
Houston also claims that part of the deal was “to substantially reduce Hulk’s required monthly payments to Linda.” He adds, “We believe the court injected a dose of reality into a contested litigation and feel that we have started down the road to resolution.” Linda’s lawyers have yet to comment. Good for her! She’s been acting like a greedy heifer since this all began. I think she knows that without his money she doesn’t have the talent or celebrity to keep afloat.

So apparently all the Hogan’s are douches, even mama Hogan, or at least that’s how it seems. Linda Hogan (Bollea) issued a statement to blogger Perez Hilton that says:
Since the sexual assault charges that were filed against Hulk Hogan in 1996 by Kate Kennedy concerning a Minneapolis hotel room incident coupled with the most recent admission by Hulk of an on going affair with daughter Brooke’s best friend Christine Plante right underneath Linda’s nose, the pain and humiliation Linda has suffered could never bring her to want anything to do with Hulk ever again. Linda is going to do what she has done in the past, which is to focus working through the aftermath of the tragic accident of John Graziano, (that happened while son Nick was under Hulk’s care.) Terry’s on going public bashing of Linda only reflects his lack of interest in living up to his commitments or being accountable for his past actions. This week, Linda’s lead attorney, AJ Barranco, will lead depositions aimed at locating Hulk Hogan’s hidden assets. Source
Aye Aye Aye, there’s no help for this family or these kids. Granted both of them are now adults but there’s no doubt that the ish going on between their parents, most likely for years, has adversely affected him. The only thing I can recommend for them is therapy, and lots of it.
